Our garden designer Khamphart has been working hard these last months designing and planting our new Slow Food Garden. It will open to the public at the beginning of 2020, with an exciting program of workshops and lectures, and of course delicious fresh produce for our café.

Mieng – Betel leaf wrap with rice, pork and lemongrass
Jaew – Tomato and pork dip with sticky rice crackers and vegetables
Nem khao – Fresh vegetarian spring rolls with peanut sauce
Num tjun – Fried spring rolls with mint sauce

Tam som – Spicy papaya salad
Laap – Lao salad with fish, chicken or tofu and lots of fresh herbs
Yam som oh – Fresh pomelo salad with fried fish

Khua pak bong – Stir fried morning glory with soja sauce
Akha steamed long green beans with sesame seeds
Njam khao – Rice salad with tamarind sauce and small pork meatballs

Khao soi heng – Fresh rice noodles with pork
Keng kali – Red curry with sweet pumpkin and pork
Khua kali – Green curry with vegetables or chicken
Kai ki hut – Stir-fried chicken with kaffir lime leaves
Pat kapao – Fish or chicken with fried basil

Most dishes can be served vegetarian, just ask and let us know if you like spicy or not.
